    FAQs

Can I request an article from a journal that's not online?

Distance learning students can get articles that are only available in print by filling out  this form. The library staff can send you the article by email or by regular mail if you prefer. Please allow 5-7 days for these requests.

What are e-reserves? Can distance learners access them?

Your professor may put articles on reserve for you to read. You can find these by clicking on E-Reserves then entering your professor's name. Your professor will give you the password you need.

Can I borrow books from the library?

The John Paul II Library is not able to send books to distance learning students at this time.

Can I access all of the databases on the library's web site?

Some of the databases on the library's web page are available only on campus. The Library is unable to provide access to these databases to distance education users.

    Connecting from Off-Campus

Please  contact the library if you have difficulty using the library web page due to broken links, authentication problems or other access issues.
